More Building Work

As January has progressed we have seen more and more requests for building work in Skipton, Earby, Barnoldswick, Keighley and Colne. We are about to start a wall knock through in a tereraced house in Skipton where the owner is looking to make a more spacious living area. In Earby we are starting another building job that is almost the opposite to our Skipton work. We have been asked to build a wall and repair the damage caused by flooding. In both cases we were one of three builders who quoted for this work but in both cases we were the most professional and competitively priced which is why we were offered the work.

We expect February to be a busy month as people look to the spring and think about making home improvements. It is also the time that the property market heats up with many more sales going through and many more properties come on to the market. This inevitably results in more building quotes.
