Had an absolutely FANTASTIC tenure at Naylor Homes. Chris and Oliver are so friendly, easy to get on with, have Great communication with me and all the other tenants!

The house has been newly renovated clear and clean, with ample space and newly supplied white goods. There is internet access (of very good quality - I would know, I am a web designer after all! ha) and all bills are included so you wont have to worry about that at all.

Naylor Homes are extremely helpful and flexible, so I would recommend anyone to view a room in their property and definitely take it up!

A house that is great value for money, with good good landlords running it is a rare combination to find these days! Not to mention the added bonus of not dealing with High Street agents and their ridiculous unnecessary add-on fees!

Great service, great house with great people - if it wasn't for me moving out for another job, I Definitely would have still been there and maybe even one of your housemates!

Chris and Oliver were excellent with setting up my accommodation. Responsive from my first enquiry to my last question, 7 days a week contact which is refreshing as traditional letting agents close over the weekends generally speaking. The house was in great condition and with a weekly clean included was kept that way. I would definitely recommend this service if you are looking to rent a room.

The application process was efficient, I moved in within a week and everything was as described. The 6 month stay was pleasant with no issues at all.
