New Building Project

As well as building in Skipton we do projects in many areas across North Yorkshire including Harrogate. We currently have a large renovation of a large Victorian terraced house underway. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an office, the property is spread across 4 floors with three different entrances. Builders in Skipton have been contracted to manage the property and the refurbishment work which has involved totally gutting the property before plastering, new electrics, entire new central heating system, new windows and doors and then the usual new bathrooms and kitchen. The work has been managed really well and the job is progressing on track for completion in November which was the original time scale. We have stuck to the set budget and the client is exceptionally happy with the work completed up to this point. As well as supply all of the tradesman, labour and materials we also look to come up with solutions for problems and ideas to make things better. So for instance, in this current property we have added a shower room in the basement office which the client didn't think was possible, but after altering the ceiling and running the waste up two levels and under another floor, we managed to conceal all of the pipework and establish a finish that the client didn't think was achievable.
